1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tg7728," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the tg7728 online gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulatory authority and accessible at tg7728.net.
• "you" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tg7728 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on tg7728, used to access all gaming, betting, and financial services.
• "Platform" means the tg7728 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and features accessible at tg7728.net.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and any other wagering products available on the tg7728 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a Game or sports event via the tg7728 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, deposit match, or other incentive offered by tg7728 to Players.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's tg7728 Account, excluding any bonus balance subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which tg7728 verifies a Player's identity using valid Philippine government-issued identification.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body under whose authority tg7728 operates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.1.1You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the tg7728 platform. This age restriction is imposed in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gambling in the Philippines. tg7728 strictly prohibits underage gambling.

2.1.2tg7728 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a Player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, their Account will be restricted or permanently closed, and any funds held therein may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.2.1tg7728 is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR for operation within the Philippines. Players accessing tg7728 from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

2.2.2tg7728 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory directives.

2.3 Account Registration

2.3.1Each Player may hold only one (1) tg7728 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3.2During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. tg7728 will not be held liable for consequences arising from the provision of false or incomplete registration details.

2.3.3Account registration is subject to KYC verification. tg7728 may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence — at any point prior to, during, or after registration. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from making deposits, placing wagers, or withdrawing funds until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

3.1.1Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their tg7728 login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication details. tg7728 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account caused by the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

3.1.2Players must notify tg7728 immediately if they suspect that their Account has been accessed without authorisation. Players should contact tg7728 support at [email protected].

3.2 Account Activity

3.2.1A Player's Account is for their personal use only. Players must not allow third parties to access or operate their Account. Any wager placed from a Player's Account is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.

3.2.2Players must not use the tg7728 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent on behalf of other individuals or running any form of unofficial betting syndicate through the platform.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

3.3.1An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. tg7728 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.1.1tg7728 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the Player's name may be reversed and are subject to investigation.

4.1.2tg7728 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into a tg7728 Account must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the Account holder.

4 .1.3tg7728 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of deposit privileges and/or Account restrictions.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.2.1Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the tg7728 Account. Cross-account withdrawals are strictly prohibited. tg7728 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.2.2GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. tg7728 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are beyond tg7728's control.

4.2.3All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may be unable to withdraw funds until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00.

4.2.4tg7728 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Players will be informed of any such delay in writing.

4.3 Currency

4.3.1All transactions on the tg7728 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tg7728 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Wagering Rules

5.1.1All bets placed on the tg7728 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their wager — including the selected market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any bet. tg7728 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets due to Player error unless a verifiable technical fault is proven.

5.1.2tg7728 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any game, market, or event at its sole discretion. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

5.1.3In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay or bet placement, tg7728 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. Where a malfunction affects a live dealer round or real-money slot spin, the outcome will be treated as void and stakes will be refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting

5.2.1Sports betting on tg7728 covers PBA, NBA, UFC, Philippine boxing, football, e-sports, sabong, and other markets as made available from time to time. All sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, as published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

5.2.2tg7728 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle sports betting markets at its discretion where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of a result is under investigation by the relevant sports governing body.

5.3 Casino Games & RTP

5.3.1All casino games on tg7728, including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games, use certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical dealing processes that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each slot game's information panel.

5.3.2The house edge is a permanent feature of all casino games. tg7728 does not guarantee that Players will profit from gameplay. Gambling involves risk, and Players should wager only amounts they can afford to lose.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.1.1All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by tg7728 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as set out in the terms of each individual promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent.

6.1.2Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically in the range of 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

6.1.3tg7728 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a Player's bonus eligibility at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.2.1Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts, placing low-risk covering bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, using automated betting patterns, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures. tg7728 employs automated detection systems to identify bonus abuse across all accounts.

6.2.2Where bonus abuse is confirmed, tg7728 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict the affected Account, and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn in breach of these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7728 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the tg7728 platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds using payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated betting system, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over tg7728 or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate, or interfere with the tg7728 platform, its games, or its payment infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or game outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tg7728 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to operate your tg7728 Account.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1All content on the tg7728 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tg7728 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tg7728 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tg7728 content.

8.3Any unauthorised use of tg7728's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg7728 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tg7728 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2tg7728's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3tg7728 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While tg7728 maintains a 99.98% uptime target and employs industry-standard security measures, Players access the platform at their own risk.

9.4Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tg7728's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1tg7728 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

10.2Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds held in the Account will be restricted for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited as permitted under applicable PAGCOR regulations.

10.3Players may close their tg7728 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

10.4Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so by accessing the responsible gaming tools within their Account settings or by contacting tg7728 support. Self-exclusion periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

11.2In the event of a dispute between a Player and tg7728, the Player should first contact tg7728 support in writing at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in detail. tg7728 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days.

11.3If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with tg7728 support, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. tg7728 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or adjudication.

11.4The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the processes described above.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1tg7728 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

12.2Continued use of the tg7728 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the platform and contact support to close their Account.

12.3The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
